Chinese President Xi Jinping will be present at the opening ceremony of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) in Beijing from October 17 to 18. He is scheduled to deliver a keynote speech and host a welcome banquet for foreign leaders and representatives of international organizations attending the event. The forum’s theme is “High-quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Together for Common Development and Prosperity.” This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), which has evolved into an international collaborative effort over the past decade. A white paper released recently emphasized the positive reception and substantial achievements of the BRI within the global community.
