Roberto Mancini has resigned as Saudi Arabia’s coach after 14 months by mutual agreement with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF). During his tenure, Saudi Arabia won seven out of 18 games but struggled in key tournaments, including an early exit from the AFC Asian Cup and poor performance in World Cup qualifiers. Mancini recently voiced concerns about limited playing time for Saudi players due to the influx of foreign players in the Saudi Pro League. Saudi Arabia, currently third in their World Cup qualifying group, will face Australia in November. His replacement will be announced soon.
