Rare seven-planet alignment visible to the naked eye globally

A rare seven-planet alignment will take place on Friday evening, with Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune aligning in the sky. This is the most precise planetary alignment in 300 years, spanning 117°.

In the Northern Hemisphere, Venus, Jupiter, and Mars will be visible to the naked eye about 30 minutes after sunset, while the remaining planets can be seen with a telescope. The best viewing conditions will be in areas with clear skies and minimal light pollution.
