Although Musk claimed winners were chosen randomly, a top aide admitted they were selected based on their potential as pro-Trump advocates. Philadelphia’s District Attorney argued this constituted an illegal lottery, but the judge dismissed the claim. Pennsylvania’s 19 electoral votes are crucial in the election outcome.
