An Iranian court has ordered the U.S. government to pay $170 million in compensation for a 2010 suicide bombing in Chabahar that killed 39 people and injured 70. The court accused the U.S. of supporting the group Jundallah, which claimed responsibility for the attack. This follows a 2023 ruling demanding $2.66 billion in damages for other victims of the same incident.
