Chinese Vice President Han Zheng met with Thai Foreign Minister Maris Sangiampongsa in Beijing on Tuesday. Han emphasized the strong relationship between China and Thailand, expressing a commitment to strategic and long-term cooperation.
With next year marking the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties, Han stated that China aims to enhance high-level exchanges, deepen practical cooperation, and promote regional cooperation with Thailand. He also highlighted the importance of advancing Belt and Road cooperation.
Maris affirmed the trust and partnership between Thailand and China, expressing readiness to use the 50th anniversary as an opportunity to further deepen cooperation across various fields and advance bilateral relations.
