Flooding in Malaysia’s north and east has displaced 60,099 people as of Thursday evening. Kelantan is the hardest-hit state, with 49,048 evacuees in 207 relief centers. Other affected states include Terengganu, Kedah, Perlis, and Perak. Heavy rains are expected to continue through November, according to the meteorological department.
