The Chinese government has announced it will provide emergency humanitarian aid worth 15 million yuan (approximately $2.06 million) to Nepal for earthquake relief efforts. The aid will primarily consist of cotton tents and blankets, addressing Nepal’s immediate needs following a shallow magnitude 6.4 earthquake that struck on Friday, resulting in the loss of 153 lives thus far.
