Chinese premier says opposing new Cold War essential

He encouraged seeking common ground while acknowledging differences, and urged against taking sides, bloc confrontations, or entering into a new Cold War. Premier Li noted that disputes can arise from misunderstandings, differing interests, or external influences, and stressed the need to address these issues directly. He highlighted that open and sincere communication, along with increased mutual understanding and trust through exchanges, is the most effective way to resolve misunderstandings. He concluded that avoiding the issues will only exacerbate the situation.
