Beijing, April 12

In April 10 , China State Chairman Xi Jing Ping explained how China prepares to step up its reform and open-up policy and further

important tasks to be done in Baoa Form. In his speech,chairman Xi said that during 40 years, chineses people built their country

in accordance with the reformand orpen-up policy and successfully implemented the great turn of transforming from closed situation to

comprehensively open – up society.
